Website Content and Copyright
All photographs, designs, written content, and branding on this website are the property of Dream In Blue Photography and are protected under U.S. copyright law. No content may be copied, screenshotted, saved, altered, or reproduced without prior written consent. This includes client images, whether or not faces are visible.
Session Booking and Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. This fee includes your consultation, planning, and time reserved for you in the studio. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your agreement. Products—including albums, wall art, and digital files—are purchased separately unless included in a collection. Payment plans are available.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least seven days’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the retainer. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Age Requirement and Studio Conduct
All clients must be 18 years or older. We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for every person who steps into the studio. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior. For safety and privacy, no additional guests, children, pets, or weapons are allowed during sessions unless explicitly arranged in advance.
Privacy and Image Use
We take privacy seriously. No image will ever be shared publicly without your written permission via a signed model release. Signing a model release is entirely optional. If granted, your images may be used in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social media. All client information is stored securely and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
Image Delivery and Copyright
Your final images will be professionally edited and delivered according to the timeline discussed during your reveal appointment. We do not provide unedited or RAW files. All images remain the copyright of Dream In Blue Photography. Clients are granted personal-use rights to images they purchase, but may not edit, sell, or alter them in any way.
Product Sales and Returns
Due to the custom nature of printed artwork and digital files, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within seven days so we can initiate a replacement. No refunds or exchanges are available once an order is placed.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to external sites or services for convenience or resources (such as lingerie guides or professional events). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Use them at your own discretion.
